  1. Pregunta:

Will the price go up when I get my next shipment or will it be the same. If it goes up will I have the option to cancel.

    Por Anonymous

    Respuesta:

We can't besure that prices won't change over time (whilst we don't have plans to change it on this product). However in the rare case that a price does change, a reminder email with the price is sent to all customers with reoccurring orders a couple of weeks before the reoccurring order is due to be sent. At this time you can cancel if you wish.

  2. Pregunta:

I just place an order for the Advocate Dogs 8.8 to 22 lbs product for 6 months. How this product will compare with Advantage Multi for dogs between 9.1 to 20lbs? It is good to switch from Advantage multi to Advocate since they both came from Bayer?

    Por Anonymous

    Respuesta:

Actually they are the same product renamed. You can see on our site under both brands we have chosen to upload the same product images for this reason.

  3. Pregunta:

Hi - Re: Advocate for Dogs 4-10kg Aqua 6 pack ... I see you source the product from all over & postage is generally from Singapore (10-15 day delivery). The only thing we're not told in your advert is the 'Use By Date' on the particular product that I would be buying? I have purchased on-line before, only to be very disappointed to find out that it was out of date or would be before the last of the 6 files were used. If I purchased a product from you - How can I be sure it will still be in date before the last vile etc is used? Kindest regards, Russell Stone

    Respuesta:

Hi Russell, a good question and thank you. The manufacturing date and the expiry dates are constantly changing so we couldn't efficiently update each product page as they can even vary between batches. On average, the manufacturing date is about 6 months before we send the items, but the EXPIRY DATE IS USUALLY 3 YEARS INTO THE FUTURE. Since we only sell items which are for max 6 monthly periods, you will often have 2 years buffer before they expire.

  4. Pregunta:

do i need a perscription to buy this product@

    Por Anonymous

    Respuesta:

No you don't need a perscription.

You have made life easier by offering automatic refill on my dogs "Advocate" . Always satisfied and have been getting their meds for the last several years with you. Great price, great product, free shipping, how much more could you ask for. Would recommend this to anyone who cares about your pets . They NEVER have fleas.

I love the service and the price I get for this fine product for my beloved pets (3 dogs). I get the automatic every 3 month service and they never forget or they are never late, which is so important to the health of my pets. What a relief to have this taken care of automatically. Thank you so much for your service.
