"112,5 mg" is the European formatting equivalent to "112.5 mg"

I live in Texas, presently it is cold, usually not. Do you advise giving this medication year round. I have a Pug who is 14 pounds

Although ticks are more of a problem when it is warm, fleas are more weatherproof, unfortunately. Year-round protection is always advisable.

I have two little doggies each one weighs a little under five lbs each. Is it safe for me to get the orange and cut it in half, giving each one a half a dose, which will match the weight and save me money, that way I have more money to spend on another item?

We don't recommend this. Cutting the tablet in half, doesn't guarantee that it will be exactly 50% active ingredient on each half.
