    My dog weighs 120 LBS. The Heart guard is only recommended for dogs up to 100 LBS. Should I break a second pill and give him a partial dose or do I need to look for another product all together?

    Hi I would suggest that you try a product suitable for biggerdogs. Ther are several alternatives on this site.
